Mr. Mohsin has expertise in the fields of Investment Analysis and Business Development. He has been representing Alpha Capital  on various media avenues. Additionally, he also served as a member of Market Development & New Product Committee of Pakistan Stock Exchange and conducted a range of social activities as the Office Bearer of Memon Professional Forum (MPF). His expertise in the field of finance has provided a strong support to the company to make strategic changes within the business operations. Mr. Mohsin is a visiting faculty at Pakistan's leading business education institutions including IBA, SZABIST and Bahria University.

Azfer has more than twelve years experience spanning across Equity Research, Corporate Finance and Private Equity. Before joining Alpha Capital as CEO in January 2021, Azfer worked as Cofounder and CEO of Akseer Research for five years and led the company's growth journey from its budding stages to a diversified client base in Research, Advisory and Brokerage across 5 countries. Azfer continues to serve Akseer in the capacity of Executive Director, Research Technology Platforms and focus on technology led growth initiatives. In the past, Azfer has worked with leading brokerage names  in Pakistan including BMA Capital, Elixir Securities and Invisor Securities.  Azfer holds an MBA from IBA Karachi and is a CFA Charter holder.

Mr Nadeem Ul Haq Usmani joined Alpha Capital in December 2020 as Chief Operating Officer. He has more than 25 years' experience in renowned brokerage names in Pakistan including Next Capital, Elixir securities, Optimus Capital and Invisor Securities, out of which, 17 years have been in COO / CFO positions. He has diverse experience in supervising regulatory compliance, maintenance of accounts, tax planning, income and sales tax practice, secretarial work, and risk management. Nadeem is an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost & Management Accountant (ACMA) and Corporate Secretary (ACIS) from Pakistan and has also cleared Canadian Securities Course (CSC) from Canadian Securities Institute.

Bilal Ghaffar has more than 15 years of Equity Brokerage experience and works as Advisor, Corporate and HNWI desk at Alpha Capital. Bilal's primary responsibility at Alpha Capital  is to lead the Institutional and HNWI Equities Sales function and is a key enabler for delivering top-class equity sales services to Alpha Capital's clients. Prior to Alpha Capital , Bilal has worked with several top brokerage names in Pakistan. Bilal led the Equity Sales Function at Optimus Capital Management Limited as Head of Equity Sales for more than six years between 2012-2018. Before Optimus, Bilal was associated with Fortune Securities where he headed Equity Sales between 2007-2012.
